This site is under the responsibility of AERO IASION DEVELOPMENT LTD (hereinafter referred to as IASION) in cooperation with the company DISTEMICHA, which manages its content. IASION attaches the utmost importance to protect the confidentiality and personal data of the individuals with whom it communicates and deals amongst the visitors of this website.
As IASION controls the personal data, it defines the purposes and the process in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 referring to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “CPC”) and generally, all applicable laws.

IASION collects this data for receiving information about your visit to the SOF website. We restrict the data collection to the absolute necessary to achieve compliance with the relevant data processing principles.
Purpose of processing
The personal data you provide during the registration or any subsequent forms are stored in our database in order to inform you about the SOF event, your own participation, any administrative issues (including program updates, events, questionnaires etc.) and/or replies to your queries.
Execution of individual rights
At any time, you have the right to require and obtain information, to object, limit or request for deleting the processing and / or transmission of your data and in general you may exercise all the rights granted by the relevant European legislation. Furthermore, IASION will provide all required information of the use of your personal data if requested so by email at [email protected]. If, however, you still believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to appeal to the competent authority (Data Protection Authority e.g. www.dpa.gr).
Transmission
Your data will not be passed on to third parties except in the cases specified by law and in the companies co-operating with IASION for the construction and management of our present web site. We will not contact you for any other reason except for SOF purposes, and we will not give your information elsewhere without your prior, proper and lawful consent.
Storage
Your data will be maintained up to the SOF event and for additional six months afterwards for statistical, administrative and quality management purposes only.
